convenience foods? Chef Becky Personal Chef Service is your answer!
Chef Becky will learn your family’s preferences and prepare delicious, top quality meals, prepared from scratch, just for
you. Meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen and then packaged in microwave and oven safe containers. Every package is labeled
with easy directions. All you need to do is remove them from the freezer, thaw for 24 hours in the refrigerator (they can be
defrosted in the microwave if you forget to plan ahead), and then reheat. Meals are packaged two servings per container, which
is one night’s worth of food for a couple. We can also package meals into single serving containers, or into large family-sized
containers.
Our standard meal plan consists of 5 different entrees with 4 servings each (totaling 20 servings, which would last a single person
20 nights, or two people 10 nights). The meal plan also includes 3 side dishes with 4 servings each. The number of servings can
be increased for families.
Customers who use the service on an ongoing basis receive a completely different menu with every delivery. Customers never receive
the same dish twice (unless they find a favorite and ask for it to be repeated on their menu).

How much does it cost?
The standard meal plan is $375 per delivery. Special diet charges vary from $25 to $50 additional. Organic ingredients are $50
additional. Single serving packaging is $20 additional. Additional family members are $75 per person. Young children can usually
share one adult serving.
Can you prepare Atkins meals?
Yes we can. There is a $25 additional charge for Atkins meals. For customers on the low-carb meal plan, we offer 6 entrees, and
no side dishes. This makes carb-counting simple.
There are four people (e.g. two adults and two teens) in my family. How much will it cost and how many meals will we get?
For a family of four, it would cost $525 (375+75+75) per service. You would receive 40 servings (8 servings of each entrée), and
they would be packaged into 4 serving containers.
How many meals can I get out of one service?
The standard service lasts two people 10 nights if they have it every night. Most customers receive a delivery once a month,
and still go out to their favorite restaurants, prepare their favorite meals, or have pizza delivered now and then. One delivery would last a single person 20 nights if they were to have it every night. Most of our single customers receive a delivery every six weeks to two months.
What kind of containers do you use?
I use paper containers that are microwave and oven safe. They are recyclable and do not need to be returned to me.
Can you provide the fat and calorie count for each dish?
Yes, I can provide nutrition information upon request.
How much freezer space will I need?
The standard service (in 2 serving containers) takes from ½ to 2/3 of the space in a normal freezer. If you will be having your
meals packaged individually, a bit more space is needed.
Do I need to be home to receive the meals?
No. Many clients give me a key or key-code to use when I deliver their food. Other clients schedule their delivery time for when
their housekeeper or someone else will be there.
How long does the food last?
Frozen meals last about 8-12 weeks. We do not use preservatives.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. They make great gifts for new moms, new couples, people recovering from surgery at home, etc.
